Celebrity Game Night Wins “Best International Format Show ” AT ThE 14TH Annual #SAFTAS

NBCUniversal International Networks’ global, multi-platform brand dedicated to all things pop culture – has picked up a South African Film & Television Award (SAFTA) for its local production, Celebrity Game Night, in the category of Best International Format Show.

Brand new episodes of the series continue to air Sundays at 9pm CAT, exclusively on E!, which is now available on DStv Compact (Channel 124).
 
Based on the Primetime Emmy Award-winning series Hollywood Game Night, host Anele Mdoda is joined by team captains, Jason Goliath and Ayanda Thabethe, for the high-octane game show that brings you bucket loads of laughs.
 
A fun-filled fest, with a stellar line-up of celebrities – including Lerato Kganyago, J ’Something, Ice Prince and Minnie Dlamini Jones – Celebrity Game Night promises non-stop giggles as your favourite local stars do anything they can to win. Each episode finds the celebrities facing off in side-splitting and outrageous party games – including Hold My Balls, Where are you Going?, Get with the Programme, Four Letter Words and Clue Boom – all of which test their pop culture knowledge and acting skills, and require nerves of steel!
