
Brand announces initiative to empower local school learners
All Gold, South Africa’s leading tomato sauce brand, is celebrating its local heritage and unwavering commitment to quality this summer with the launch of a new fun and interactive TikTok dance challenge, titled ” All Gold Dance Challenge”.
The dance challenge is inspired by the iconic South African Tamati So So So game most South African’s grew up with. The All Gold Dance challenge calls on South African’s to demonstrate their dance moves as they celebrate the festive season with friends and family.
The dance challenge was launched at an exclusive event themed A Century of Flavour and Fun, in the north of Johannesburg, this week, hosted by local personality, SomiziMhlongo, with energetic performances by artists, Robot Boiiand Bontle Modiselle.
All Gold has been a staple in South African kitchens for over a century, known for its exceptional quality and unique tastes. From its humble beginnings in 1908 to becoming the nation’s No. 1 Iconic Food Brand in 2004, All Gold has cemented its place in South African history and hearts.

Guests at the launch event were treated to a nostalgic All Gold culinary experience curated by local culinary expert, Chef Neo, and interactive dance sessions to learn the new All Gold Dance inspired by the iconic South African Tamati So So So game .
All Gold has also unveiled an exciting school initiative set to launch in 2025. As part of this initiative, brand ambassadors Somizi Mhlongo, Robot Boii, and Bontle Modiselle, will embark on a school tour to mentor and inspire aspiring young choreographers. Through sharing their personal journeys and offering expert guidance, they will help learners navigate a career in dance choreography.
“This initiative is a way for All Gold to give back to the communities that have played a pivotal role in the brand’s success, while empowering young creatives to celebrate South Africa’s rich heritage through the art of dance,” says Mfini.
