Zanele has always wanted to contribute to the proactive development of human potential and continue to inspire young people .Her role as managing director of the Ultimate NGO called “Role Models” which consist of business and community leaders, allows her to achieve this goal. Zanele and her team have in 2015 partnered with Richfield Academy, to fund three students to further their studies with Richfield academy and today these three are qualified computer technicians.
The 28 years old, currently based in Port Elizabeth, working in one of the reputable lab in SA, Pathcare lab, is a woman of many vocations. She is a qualified phlebotomist. Quality of work she produce remains of high quality and It was not surprising when the society of Medical Technologist in South Africa acknowledged her dedication and hard work by awarding her with prestigious award, the Best Phlebotomist, during the Medical Conference In Durban 2017.
Zanele does not put all her eggs in one basket. She is also a young business woman and a fashion lover. Her love and passion for fashion made her decide to invest her savings and open a fashion boutique for women, Glam spot Emporium Beauty Bar situated in Porth Elizabeth and she also has an online store too.
Whenever she is not doing a motivational talk in schools or dedicating her time to the local charity, Sithabile orphanage home, in East Rand to donate food and clothes for the needy, she is found at UNISA library where she is doing her second degree, in Psychology.
Zanele’s journey is not an overnight story. Her mom who was a domestic worker passed away because of a heart failure just before she could graduate her first degree, and left her with their .dad who is a driver and five brothers and sisters. It has not been easy for a father to support six children with driver’s salary.
Her source of Inspiration is her late mother who taught her that she could achieve anything she puts her minds to. Her dream is to have her own psychology practice, run her successful boutique in different provinces and also start a foundation to help those who are in same position.
